Front Office Receptionist 

Previous Front Office experience would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Friendly, bubbly, outgoing and polite personality with a positive 'can do' attitude;
• A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service;
• Willingness to use initiative and solve problems;
• A very high level of attention to detail while working under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
• Enjoys a challenging role, working both autonomously and in a team environment and enjoys taking full responsibility of tasks assigned;
• A very high level of flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond for guests and colleagues;

This position will require the successful applicant to be flexible with either 7am Starts, 7pm Finishes and 9-5 Weekends. 

This is a casual position with approximately 2-3 shifts a week/15hrs a week.

Waitstaff for Onsite Restaurant

Monday to Friday Evenings plus Wednesday & Saturday Mornings 

• Welcome customers to their table
• Introduce our menus and describe different dishes and drinks
• Make recommendations on specialties
• Take orders
• Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner
• Handle complaints
• Accept payments
• Ensure an outstanding Guest Experience
• Motivated & reliable
• Excellent customer service skills

No experience necessary as training will be provided.

Must have current RSA or willingness to obtain one. 

Approximately 20hrs per week.
