Receptionist/Administration Clerk
Haywards Chartered Accountants Firm – Lutwyche
We are seeking a receptionist to manage the front desk and complete a variety of administrative and clerical tasks on a daily basis. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our firm therefore, it is essential that they present well and are kind and courteous to all clients.
Role requirements:
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Receiving, distributing and recording incoming and outgoing mail
- Typing
- General office duties
This position requires the receptionist to be pleasant, have excellent telephone manner, the ability to take accurate messages, transfer calls promptly and ensure confidentiality.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Immediate start.
