CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATOR - RECEPTION
We are looking for a reception superstar to join our team!
- Professional practice in Southwest Sydney with a large team of psychologists and a supportive team environment.
- The position is full time casual to commence with view to permanent employment for the right person.
- Hourly rate based on skills and experience.
The Role
- The successful applicant will be confident and responsible for all front desk duties including providing a superior level of customer service while juggling competing demands.
- Greeting and checking in clients, answering calls, booking appointments, invoicing and receiving payments.
- Responding to phone and email queries from external stakeholders with professionalism.
- Assisting practitioners with administrative requests.
- General administrative tasks including typing, filing, scanning, faxing, confirming appointments, preparing written correspondence.
- Calling clients to rebook and to collect payment when required.
- Efficient and accurate management of all client data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts with an emphasis on confidentiality.
- Other duties as directed by the Practice Manager and Principal Psychologist.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-
- Previous experience as a medical/allied health receptionist.
- Previous experience working with Coreplus software will be highly regarded or a similar system.
- Familiarity and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Have a sound knowledge of Medicare.
- A professional and articulate manner, and a warm, compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
- Initiative and a pro-active attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A problem solver who can think outside the square.
- Excellent people skills to relate well to clients, staff and other health care professionals.
- Enjoy working in a team environment and wanting to commit to long term employment.
