Hobart Exercise Physiology is a private, locally owned business that has been in operation since the beginning of 2019. We have a passion for providing the best quality care and environment for our clients to meet their health and wellbeing goals. We provide individualised, and the most up to date and relevant evidence-based prescription of exercise for all clients of varying ages and ability levels.
The role:
We are seeking a new receptionist who has a high standard of customer service and administrative skill. An immediate start is available, with hours between 8-7pm across all weekdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client greetings and rapport building - as our front of house we want to ensure clients are met in a positive and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and safe in our clinic.
- General reception and administrative tasks (phone calls, client greetings, emails, cleaning and fax service)
- Processing payments (Eftpos, Private Health and third party claiming)
- Appointment bookings and modifications
- Monitoring stock and office equipment supplies
- Accurate data entry and communication
- Ability to time manage and problem solve
- Work within a team to provide best client outcomes
- Cleaning and general tidy up of all communal space
Skills & Experience:
- Medical reception experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as harmoniously within a team
- Efficient and accurate documentation skills
- Adept at using technology and computer software
In addition to the above, all Hobart Exercise Physiology employees must have:
- Current CPR Certificate
- Up-to-date vaccinations (Hep B, MMR, Pertussis, Varicella, COVID-19)
Remuneration: Casual position available - potential for part time to a suitable candidate.
