ESP Accounting is a CPA firm based in Dubbo. We provide tax, accounting and advisory services to our clients.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a receptionist/Administration Assistant on a part time basis
This permanent position is 20 hours per week with flexibility. Please provide your CV and a cover letter indicating your suitability for the position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Front office reception, answering phones, taking messages and providing customer assistance
- Client corporate compliance
- Assisting professional staff with data entry and collating
- General administration duties
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning and filing
- Lodging client documents with the ATO
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required
- Ability to manage own time and to work unsupervised
- Customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner
- Ability to work as part of a team in a small business family environment
- A willingness to learn
Experience & Qualifications
- Any administration or reception experience in a professional services firm
- Confidence in answering phones and communicating with clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office
