About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who will create a positive presence for South West Kids Clinic. You will effectively be able to maintain systems and procedures to deliver our outcomes and provide robust support to our allied health services team. We’re looking for a take-charge individual who feels comfortable with working in a team environment.
The role is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week. On some days our service operates from 7am and there may be a requirement for you to support an earlier or later start, however, this will be discussed in further detail with the successful candidate.
The Opportunity
- Welcoming clients
- Answering and returning calls and emails
- Scheduling and organising appointments
- Collecting and processing payments and claims
- Reconciliation of payments
- Reconciliation of missed appointments
- Onboard new clients
- General adhoc administrative takes
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas of the practise
- Coordinating with peers to ensure consistency and share best practices
- Support a responsive and respectful workplace culture that integrates South West Kids Clinic values
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role
- Excellent team skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Commitment to ethical behaviour, conduct and confidentiality
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace
- Superb interpersonal skills and creating a positive working environment
- You demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all levels
- Have good attention to detail
