Your New Company:

Certified Energy provides Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) services and we are looking for a Receptionist with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. ESD is a high growth sector and you will be working with a professional team that leaves a lasting positive impact on the environment as we help our clients design 'greener' and more environmentally friendly buildings and communities. 

Your New Role: Receptionist - Client Side

• Be the ‘Voice’ of Certified Energy.
• Co-ordinate projects amongst our teams.
• Help us by taking calls from our existing clients.
• Manage our inbox and be a connector.
• Create and follow up on fee proposals with future clients.
• Connect our Clients ~ Architects & Engineers to our Technicians.
• Work with like-minded, passionate and self-motivated individuals.

Location:

We are mid Central Coast, the role is based from our Ourimbah Office office.

This role is Hybrid - 4 days in the office (Mon - Thu) and 1 day at home.
