We are a small Financial Planning business based in Stirling, that is committed to assisting our clients to achieve fantastic financial outcomes.
We offer practical solutions and work with clients to help them with superannuation, life insurance, and prepare for retirement. We pride ourselves on our professional integrity and having a family friendly, relaxed team environment.
The Role
You will join our existing team of 5 in a full-time role. It’s a fast-paced and busy role within a relaxed work environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Liaising with clients and other relevant third parties
- Booking client appointments
- Greeting clients, making coffees etc.
- General office cleaning and admin duties
- Preparing documentation for client meetings
- Data entry and scanning/shredding
- Preparing review documents and managing our client review process
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Good phone manner and comfortable contacting clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and adhere to required compliance standards
- Well organised and efficient.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Previous experience within the Financial Planning industry and the use of xplan would be preferred
