A well established Business Advisory and Accounting firm in Subiaco seeks a dynamic, proactive, experienced Client Services administrator / receptionist to join our friendly team and become our Director of First Impressions.
To be successful in this role, we will highly regard:
- Experience in an Accounting Practice
- A proficiency with Xero Practice Manager
- A knowledge of ATO online systems
- An exposure to ASIC lodgements and company administration
You must also:
- Have an exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills which reflect our values
- Be an analytical problem solver, with the ability to multitask, plan and organize
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and time management
- Hold the highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism

- Be committed to a long term role
- Knowledge/Interest in social media and marketing would be an advantage
- A proficiency in Microsoft Office
The main responsibility is being the primary contact for clients, whether that be in person, over the phone or electronically. This includes attending to queries, the handling and processing of information, returns and lodgements, and being responsible for the flow of a variety of work in the office.
This also extends to:
- Data base management
- ASIC Company Administration
- ATO Portal Lodgements and Liaison
General reception duties include:
- Collecting and Processing of Mail
- Payment Receipting and Banking
- Calendar management
- Maintain Kitchen and Office supplies
This is a busy and varied role that involves responsibility and accountability. There is opportunity to broaden your skills and learn from long term team members.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience of the individual applicant. This is a full time position working business hours Monday to Friday.
