Who is Harmony Hearing & Audiology
Harmony Hearing & Audiology is an independent family owned and run Perth based hearing care practice. We have 1 main branch in Shenton Park (Now the administration hub) and clinician visiting sites in Fremantle and Mundaring.
Being independent means we are not owned by a hearing aid manufacturer and are therefore free to recommend hearing aids and products from all leading brands. We offer these at some of the most competitive prices in Australia.
The Role:
We are looking for a customer service super star for our main Shenton Park branch. Someone who is interested in helping our clients improve their hearing and quality of life.
We are looking for a passionate individual who has outstanding communication, sales skills and even an interest in marketing.
You will collaborate with Clinicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients.
You will learn about our products, services and competitive advantages. Also our Government funding program.
Responsibilities
- Book and confirm appointments for clients with our online scheduling software.
- Work with clients to determine their entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates.
- Follow up existing clients to encourage renewal of the maintenance program.
- Provide administrative support for the day to day clinic operations.
- Perform sales generating activities to help more people hear better (full training is provided).
- Filing/Data Entry
- Fixing hearing aids with training and support.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
- Computer Literacy Skills.
