About Clarence

Clarence is Australia’s largest group of independent solicitors with over 650 law firms and 350 professional service firms utilising Clarence’s services. We provide our members with the resources, support and space to establish and grow their businesses.

About the Role

As the face of Clarence, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all members, providing them with exceptional customer service and support at all times.

This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly personable, has the ability to prioritise, multitask and thrives on connecting with people.

You will join a passionate and fast-moving team, we are all about team support, no job is too big or too small for our team! This role works across our CBD location in Sydney.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting members and their guests
  • Answering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Managing meeting room bookings, arranging catering and other services when required including setting up for events.
  • Providing general administration and office support for members
  • Continuously strengthening the relationship between Clarence and its members
  • Assisting with set-up of offices for new and existing members
  • Assisting the technology team with basic onsite IT requests/setups when required
  • Other general tasks as required e.g. basic cleaning duties, keeping communal areas neat and tidy

What we’re looking for in you

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliers
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Be well presented
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite and being tech literate is desirable
