We are seeking a warm, personable and organised person to join our expanding team as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist our modern and progressive orthodontic practice in Hornsby.
Our Company
We are an orthodontic practice located at Hornsby (conveniently located 2 mins from Hornsby station) providing orthodontic services to children and teenagers (aged between 8 and 16 years)
Our team consists of a Principal Orthodontist, an Oral Health Therapist and Receptionist/DAs. Each one of our team plays an integral part in the process of creating confident, healthy smiles and changing how our patients feel about themselves.

Your New Role
Being the pleasant first point of contact and face of the practice, you will be involved in daily administrative responsibilities which are integral to the smooth running of the practice. You will become a familiar face to the patients of whom you will interact with on a daily basis.
You will be joining a dynamic team who are passionate about providing the highest quality specialist care to a wide age range of patients.
Your role is varied and multi-faceted ranging from greeting and welcoming new patients to arranging their next appointments. In addition, each one of our team is also trained to assist our clinical team (Specialist Orthodontist and Oral Health Therapists). This can range from recording accurate treatment notes on the PC, taking clinical photographs and educating patients on their treatment.
The majority of our patients are aged between 8 and 16 years, making our work environment fun but also requiring a gentle and caring approach with our patients, especially the little ones.
