Our client is a reputable global technology firm leading the charge in engaging, dynamic workplaces. Conveniently located in Southbank, an opportunity has become available for a bubbly and proactive Receptionist/Facilities Administration expert, based on a dual desk in the office 5 days a week.
If you are an experienced Receptionist with Facilities/Project Administration experience and are looking to work in a thriving global organisation, this opportunity is not to be missed! This role is dynamic and fast-paced and as such our client is looking for someone who can join the business in a contract role and jump straight into this exciting opportunity.
The Responsibility
As a Receptionist/Facilities Administrator, no two days are the same. Your duties may include, but are not limited to;
- The oversight of organising, running and completing projects in an end-to-end capacity;
- Fostering a strong sense of customer service including; welcoming visitors authentically and timely, providing hospitable experiences for employees and guests;
- Maintaining site operations; handling internal & external calls, managing stationery, and ensuring up-to-date visitor information;
- Facilities coordination including managing contractors, vendors, and ensuring the office facilities are running smoothly;
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of events, workplace initiatives and resource use, and;
- Uphold the company image and foster general happiness within the great team!
The successful candidate for this position will have experience as a Receptionist or Administrator, ideally within a large global organisation. We are seeking those with demonstrated project or facilities coordination experience and a proactive nature. You will hold yourself to a very high standard across the board, be it customer service, communication, your attention to detail or professional presentation. You understand the corporate sector and the expectations of a global organisation, yet are also a warm and welcoming individual who is approachable for all clients or employees. You are reliable, resilient and a problem-solver at your core, but you also enjoy organisational and autonomous tasks too.
