The Star Gold Coast is where relaxation seamlessly intertwines with thrilling entertainment.As a Chef de Partie in Harvest at The Star Gold Coast, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside some of the best Chefs in our worldclass restaurants!A few of your responsibilities:

• Run specific sections assigned by the Sous Chef
• Oversee duties or work stations
• Advise management of inventory requirements
• Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for our Demi, Commis and Apprentice Chefs

What are we looking for:

• Successful completion of a Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• The ability to efficiently work as part of the team
• Passionate about learning new techniques and skills
• Flexible availability over a 7-day roster
