Receptionist/Front Office

Front receptionist in a busy motel

We have 50 motel rooms, 31 short term apartment & 27 long term apartments

Also a Restaurant ,& 2 function rooms.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am till 3:00pm

Occasionally other times when covering staff absence mutually agreed upon.

Must be experienced & competent with computer skills, have an eye for details with the ability to multi-task and priorities tasks,  Accurate with figures.

Excellent communication skills.  Must be a fast learner, be able to work autonomously.  Tasks included, answering phones, taking motel bookings, function bookings. Invoicing. Welcoming guests to motel.  Rent receipting.

Experience in hospitality an advantage as very hands on position with hosting conference work as well.  Help out when needed.

Training provided for all computer packages.

Must be well presented.  Fun office, great work environment, fast paced.
