Currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator, this role is like no other with a heavy focus on marketing & sales support.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a position for a bright & bubbly individual to be the face and voice of a high performing team. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking someone to be the first point of contact for a friendly team. You will be responsible for:
- Monday – Friday
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Meet & greet clients & answering calls
- Prepare files for new listings
- Assisting in exchanges & settlements
- Pre-listing kids
- Preparing open home packs
- Marketing support
- Diary management
- Co-ordinate stationery supplies
- Attend meetings & training sessions
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in administration is advantageous
- A keen interested in Real Estate
- Outstanding communication skills, be good with numbers, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
