Our National Head Office is uniquely positioned here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast (QLD), with our team of ~65 talented individuals spread nationally across Australia.

IS THIS THE RIGHT POSITION? 

As our new Receptionist/Office All-Rounder, you will be the first point of contact for clients either within our own advice business, or nationally within the broader Infocus network. In this position you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing the reception area by maintaining cleanliness and organisation
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings for internal and external team members and advisers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support other teams eg. Client Services and Marketing

ARE YOU THE RIGHT ONE FOR US?

You will be a natural born communicator with a professional mindset and personal drive to achieve good outcomes for our clients and our business. You will ideally:

  • Have previous customer service experience/Admin role
  • Possess a high level of competence in working with computer systems
  • Be a fast learner and love a challenge
  • Be an energetic and positive person

This position is part-time, Mon to Thurs with an 8.30am start and flexible finish time based on preference and availability.
