- Assist in sales administration tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area
- Support daily operations and contribute to a positive office culture
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in reception or sales administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Real estate industry knowledge highly regarded but not essential
