Product Support Administrator//Digital Products

About the roleThis role's main function is to support, maintain and administer the systems that form the product solution architecture for Wilson Parking. The role will be an SME (subject matter expert) on all parking systems and will support the product set-up for pre-booking, session, subscription and other parking solutions. In addition, this role will assist in troubleshooting complex customer issues to identify technology and process improvement opportunities. Working as part of the Retail team, you will be a key contributor to maintain and deliver our products and solutions. ProfileSkills and requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in administration, support or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong focus on problem-solving and lateral thinking
• Experience working in a customer service-focused environment
• Ability to interpret, follow and effectively communicate Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
