The position will be responsible for overseeing day to day running of programs and reports to the Coordinator Individual Services. Key Responsibilities for this position include: Supervising a team of staff working in isolation Program development and implementation Problem solving operational needs in each of the programs Acting as a resource providing coaching, direction and feedback to the team Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders (carers, parents, participants) The successful applicant will have: Current Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle HLTAID003 Provide First Aid Qualification (current within 3 years) HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (current within 12 months) NDIS Worker Clearance Working with Children Clearance Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or experience in a similar role Experience in coordinating program resources (staff, time, vehicles etc) Excellent customer service skills The Position is Permanent Part Time working 48 hours per fortnight (Mon/Tues/Thurs) with additional hours as required. This role may require you to work weekdays and occasional weekends including afternoon shifts and split shifts. This role is covered under the SCHCADS Award at a Level 3 Classification ($36.00 - $38.60). Also offered is salary packaging, mobile phone and leave loading.
