They have established customers spanning decades, and with recent success positioning them for further growth, the company is seeking a Recruiter to join their team.
Your Role
You’ll report to the Head of Operations and be heavily involved in the Recruitment & Onboarding of Warehouse, Transport and Logistics Personnel across F/T, P/T and Casual Employment. Your responsibilities will include;
- Developing and implementing various frameworks for Talent Attraction, Recruitment and Onboarding
- Supporting the Recruitment function for the business across multiple sites
- Building a sustainable workforce through the engagement and retention of workforce members
- Facilitating Job Vacancies, Advertising and Promotions to further attract suitable Employees
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for Talent Acquisition and Engagement and ensuring that level of Engagement continues throughout the Employee’s tenure with the business
- Partnering with HSEQ and supporting the Onboarding of new Employees to ensure they adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines and Procedures
- Maintaining a Jobs Matrix and reporting on critical data and providing advice to the SLT about costs associated with Marketing Job Vacancies, Retention and Employee Engagement
- Designing Organisation Development Programs in partnership with the SLT
- Leading and monitoring the implementation of the Performance Management System and reporting to Senior Management as required
- Various other Administrative duties as required
The position is Full-time permanent, 38 hours per week, Monday- Friday. Occasional early starts may be required due to the nature of the workplace. The salary guide will be commensurate with skills, and range between $70-85K + Super + Laptop. An unrestricted Drivers’ Licence is required for occasional travel between sites.
About You
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR related position
- A demonstrated understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues and a strong working knowledge of various employment awards and industries
- You're a go-getter, who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment
- You may have relevant Tertiary Education in a related field
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, team engagement skills and genuinely enjoy seeing people happy in the workplace
- You have advanced Recruitment and/ or HR Systems Skills together with advanced MS Office 365 management experience
- You are eager to grow in your career and committed to partnering with a company for long term success
