About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an ASO3 Project Officer. This position is located in their busy Port Adelaide office for an initial contract until the 16/08/2024.
About the Position
The Project Officer is accountable to the Manager Financial Accounting Reconciliation Team and is responsible for writing policies and procedures. Strong documentation skills are required.
Duties
- Intermediate/Advanced MS excel required
- Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communications skills to develop procedures, FAQ, training guides, web page content
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Must have a valid Police Check (Candidates who have a current one under 6 months will be highly regarded).
