We are working with an established family run business in the North Eastern Suburbs, who are looking for an experienced Administration person to join them on a casual ongoing basis.
This role will see you undertaking a variety of tasks in a busy environment and you will be working within a small team.
About the role:
- Handling the incoming phone calls and taking job details
- Customer Service
- Order taking and placement
- Data Base Management
- Full time hours - Mon - Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm
- General office duties - stock ordering, office supply ordering
About you:
- Recent previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Polite and Professional phone manner
- Ability to probe the caller and assist with taking their order
- Able to multi task
