Recruitment Administrator

Our client is a global leader in supply chain and at the forefront of technology, servicing clients across various industry sectors.This is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a high-performing National Talent Acquisition team. • Compliance checks of recruitment documentation
• Auditing documents and systems
• Creating new employee hires in the system
• Auditing pre-employment administration process
• Booking candidate assessment centres
• Attending assessment centres and assisting with face-to-face interviews
• Ensuring accurate information is maintained in the ATS
• Coding and distributing invoices

About you:

• Proven administration experience gained in a HR or Recruitment environment
• Demonstrated experience using recruitment software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate level of Excel skills required
