Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented Safety & Compliance Administrator to join our Sydney based Safety & Compliance team for an initial 3 month contract.

The Role
Reporting to the Safety, Compliance & Development Manager, the Safety & Compliance Administrator is responsible for coordinating activities within key contracts.
What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”.
- Facilitate the procurement of employee documents and manage the process of obtaining ID/background checks and security clearances
- Collaborate with the Compliance Co-ordinator to manage skills, qualifications, licence requirements and other program resources such as vehicles and hire equipment
- Co-ordinate onboarding, induction and exiting of program resources
- Daily maintenance of internal and external compliance registers and databases
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
- Understanding of compliance systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS software applications
- Knowledge of Visio and excel would be advantageous
- Minimum, Certificate IV in Business/Project Management/Human Resources/WHS
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in a compliance related role
- Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic security, construction, and ICT fields
