About the role
The Recruitment Administrator is a pivotal role within the Ayme Group, providing support to ensure the smooth functioning and support the continued growth of the business. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to both the Management and Recruitment teams. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks ranging from database management to payroll and compliance duties, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the management team, including client proposal administration, scheduling, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conduct initial screenings, and book interviews. Support compliance documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Reception Duties and Client Relationships: Provide reception support, arrange meeting rooms, and ensure prompt response to client and candidate queries.
- Candidate Compliance: Assist in completing candidate compliance documentation, conduct reference checks, and coordinate pre-employment screenings.
- Market Research and Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Assist in research duties for marketing purposes.
- Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Industrial Relations: Ensure candidate compliance with WHS standards, assist with incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of candidate and client data.
- Payroll, Accounts, and Billing: Process weekly payroll, handle invoicing for temporary staffing clients, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain candidate and client records, prepare necessary documents, and focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
