An exciting opportunity is now available for a Speech Pathologist to join the NBMLHD team in a Permanent Full time role.The successful Speech Pathologist will provide quality Speech Pathology Clinical services to an assigned clinical caseload at Nepean Hospital and BMDAMH/Springwood Hospitals, covering Adult Acute Care clinical areas. Within this role you will contribute to the development of teaching, research and clinical practice initiatives and advancements all whilst providing provision of high quality Speech Pathology services.This role will also see you supervise speech pathology students as required.An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.About us:

- Broad knowledge and range of postgraduate experience in the assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders including the use of instrumental assessment.
- Excellent spoken, written and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in the application of these skills in a team environment.
- Knowledge of and commitment to evidence based practice and demonstrated application of how evidence based practice has been incorporated into your professional work.
- Evidence of commitment to professional development and training.
- Demonstrated ability to use information technology effectively in clinical practice.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
