This opportunity is to join a collaborative team where your roles to support the business as a whole, but primarily you will be the conduit between the Recruitment team and Accounts team.
Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Ensuring high volume of new personnel are onboarded and mobilised in an effective and timely manner.
- Working closely with the Accounts team providing administration support for the Payroll and Billing functions, this includes monitoring personnel timesheets for payroll.
- Providing general administration duties and day to day office support as required.
- Data entry and generating reports for clients and the business.

- A positive mindset, can-do attitude, and the flexibility to adapt to continuously changing priorities.
- Self motivated, and confident working in a fast paced environment.
- Competent computer literacy skills, and experience using mobilisation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Whilst, full training will be provided, but to succeed in this position we would expect you to have worked in a busy environment with a good administrative overview of the functions of Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
This is a good opportunity to upskill from administration support into other areas of expertise.
This role can be performed as either a part time role or as an FTE.
