Our Recruitment Advisors play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s success. They collaborate with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing campaigns, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Your expertise in recruitment best practices, and your ability to build strong stakeholder and candidate relationships, will be essential in fulfilling this role.
About the role
- Based at Head Office, near Perth Airport, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
- Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent opportunities available across operational and maintenance portfolio’s.
About you
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of the resources industry, in particular mining and maintenance, would be advantageous.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail is required in our agile environment.
- An ability to work independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in the use of SuccessFactors, would be useful, but training can be provided.
