About the role
It's an exciting time to join the People and Culture (P&C) function at NESA. We are in a period of growth, transforming our operating model and service offerings to enable exceptional business outcomes. In addition to enhancing delivery of core operational services and pursuing new enabling technology solutions, the People and Culture team is responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and programs.
As part of our new operating model, we are standing up a new, centralised Recruitment team and are progressively advertising a range of vacancies at different grades in this team.
This role is a great opportunity to work on vacancies as an end-to-end recruiter with a focus on routine, volume and casual hiring, so you will be able to flex your recruitment skills and experience by partnering with hiring managers and providing excellent levels of candidate care. In addition, you will be kept challenged and interested by successfully delivering on:
- project support
- researching, solving and responding to a range of hiring manager and candidate enquiries
- co-ordinating contract extensions
- contributing to process improvement initiatives
- generating reports and tracking results against service metrics
- requesting and tracking probity checks
- a range of essential recruitment administration support activities
- assisting with job evaluations.
About you
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment in a partnering environment
- An energetic and flexible approach; able to pivot across different responsibilities and support all members of the recruitment team
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day recruitment queries
- Excellent levels of candidate and stakeholder care
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities ensuring quality outcomes
