- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies which
effectively target the relevant audience. - Demonstrated ability to supervise and support direct reports, encouraging positive work
outcomes. - Proven ability to apply professional knowledge and provide specialist advice which support and
actively builds on the strategic direction of government - High-level written communication skills, including editing and developing print and digital
materials including marketing collateral, creative briefs, web copy and social media copy. - Demonstrated ability to engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, respond
positively to stakeholder needs and expectations, identify opportunities, achieve outcomes,
and facilitate cooperation. - Experience analysing and interpreting data sets for reports and to evaluate and optimise
marketing campaigns.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in technology, safety and/or gender-based policy areas.
- Experience working in government.
