Senior Marketing Advisor

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies which
  effectively target the relevant audience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support direct reports, encouraging positive work
  outcomes.
• Proven ability to apply professional knowledge and provide specialist advice which support and
  actively builds on the strategic direction of government
• High-level written communication skills, including editing and developing print and digital
  materials including marketing collateral, creative briefs, web copy and social media copy.
• Demonstrated ability to engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, respond
  positively to stakeholder needs and expectations, identify opportunities, achieve outcomes,
  and facilitate cooperation.
• Experience analysing and interpreting data sets for reports and to evaluate and optimise
  marketing campaigns.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience in technology, safety and/or gender-based policy areas.
• Experience working in government.
