THE ROLE
This would suit someone who is starting out their internal recruitment journey, or someone who is looking to move into internal from agency recruitment.
- Prepare and post job advertisements
- Source candidates via a variety of search techniques
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
- Arrange and book interviews
- Be apart of interview panels
- Talent pooling
- Support onboarding activity including identification verification, reference checks, arranging pre-employment medicals and police clearances
- Build positive relationships with hiring managers
- Liase with HR team members to arrange contracts of employment
- Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in wages and/or salaried recruitment whether in house or an agency
- Naturally, proactive, and a self-starter
- Can identify next steps in the process and action it without prompt
- A confident communicator with strong influential skills
- Experience in facilitating interviews, using applicant tracking systems, and ad writing
- PageUp experience would be advantageous
