Job description

As a Recruitment Advisor, Level 4, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and support talent resourcing. This role will see you driving and developing proactive and contemporary talent sourcing and assessment strategies in a government setting. You will use your effective communication skills to provide advice to the business, focused on recruitment and job design.

As a Recruitment Officer, Level 3, you will empower our Team by providing expert administrative recruitment assistance, including seeking redeployment clearances, posting job advertisements and creating and issuing employment offers. You will provide seamless support to the Recruitment Advisors while ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures and maintain systems, records and correspondence with various recruitment and appointment processes.

We currently have one (1) fixed term Level 4 position available for a period of 12 months, with possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Excitingly, if we consider you suitable, you will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months from the date of the first appointment.
