Reporting to the HR Manager you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Assisting with workforce planning, talent management, and other HR matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, reference checks, candidate selection and providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Facilitating the onboarding, induction, and mobilisation of new employees to project sites.
- Preparing and completing employment documents such as contracts of employment.
- Reviewing and confirming qualifications/certificates.
- Coordinating skills assessments, medical examinations, and drug and alcohol tests.
- Managing candidate profiles and maintaining candidate records and database management.
- Responding to employee queries.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the fire, medical and/or rescue industries is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
