Job Description for Underwriter – Financial Lines

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels (phone, email, in person).
• Meet personal new business targets while strictly following underwriting authority and guidelines.
• Manage and expand the existing renewal portfolio, handling all renewal processes assigned by the Underwriting Manager.
• Evaluate new business submissions, analyze loss runs, and conduct risk assessments to determine appropriate premiums.
• Oversee broker platforms, including quoting, renewals, and policy alterations for new and existing accounts.
• Foster and expand relationships with brokers and authorized representatives through regular visits, business development, and participation in conferences and training events, promoting various business products.

Job Description for Account Executive – Strata

• Effectively manage and grow an existing Strata Insurance portfolio.
• Proactively manage the existing book of business while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
• Process new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Provide an exceptional service to all clients.
