• Build on, nurture and develop our brand reputation and market share through effective business development and client feedback  
• Adopt successful local candidate recruitment initiatives and practices to match client needs.
• Proactively network to build market and brand awareness
• Handle the job process from beginning to end including short-listing, making expert recommendations, and maintaining relationships

About you: 
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Recruiter or Retailer who thrives in a fast-paced industry.  We have growth predictions and are seeking someone with the ability to identify areas of opportunity and the ability to hit targets. The business has strong systems and processes to support service delivery and business growth. You must have a willingness to learn, a personal drive to succeed, the ability to sell, and a passion for people.

• You are definitely commercially astute - be confident in talking with clients & candidates at all levels
• Proven ability to outperform and exceed targets
• You do not have to be an extrovert - but you will be confident, well spoken, self-motivated, and have the energy to succeed - Just like our team!!!
