Our Adelaide Team are looking for their next Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join their Blue Collar Team!
The Role:
As a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment and mobilization process of candidates. This includes finding suitable candidates to fill open job opportunities which will allow our Recruitment Consultant to focus on achieving successful business outcomes by assisting with retention and new candidate engagement and placement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Resourcing:
- Identify and qualify selected candidates that meet the brief of our clients’ requirements
- Search and select from various resource platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Seek, etc
- Reviewing & Screening CV’s
- Present fully screened candidates to account managers/ Consultants
- Build talent pools with job ready candidates
- Maintain accurate and up to date data on Collar Groups Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Create accurate and appealing advertisements
Mobilisation:
- Coordination of all site personnel’s access paperwork
- Managing compliance of licenses, training records and qualifications where necessary
- Candidate care calls – Providing service excellence to our candidates in line with set KPI’s
- Accurate data entry of qualifications and other documentation
- Identify and document all follow up actions arising from the mobilisation and/or resourcing activity into Collar Group’s CRM
Other Responsibilities
- Meet set weekly, monthly and yearly targets and KPI’s
- Building rapport with candidates and clients
- To grow the business through identifying other opportunities, industries, or roles we can fill

- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise completing tasks
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and clients over the phone confidently
