Our client who is a leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator and a Mobilisation Specialist for their Maintenance and Shutdown division based in West Perth. Both roles will be on a three month contract with Pearl with the view of permanency after this.
Recruitment Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Allocation of positions and reviewing applications submitted
- Management / Constant Communication with suppliers on whole recruitment process for various positions, mainly for shutdown and project works
- Working with the scheduling team on updated vacancies
- Assisting when required with recruitment based tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to commence immediately
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible full-time working hours
- $40 - $50 p/h + super depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Mobilising candidates to multiple sites including BHP, RIO, and FMG
- Compliance validation and checking for shutdown personnel
- Organising flights and accommodation
- Liaising with site regarding candidates and compliance
- Managing jobs in the internal software system
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience using mobilisation software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX
- Great communication skills written and verbal
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to commence immediately
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible full-time working hours
- $35 - $45 p/h + super depending on experience
