AddressAPG Workforce are currently seeking a full time/permanent Recruitment Assistant to join our client based in Tamworth.
The Role:
This role will be responsible for the overall processes of identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates for all positions within the business operations.
- Maintaining databases including vSure, Card Exchange & Titan, administrative duties will also be required. On job training will be included.
- Liaise with the Labour Coordinators regarding any vacancies within the business
- Liaise with other Company Recruitment Assistants for feedback on previous employees
- Scheduling interviews and calls with employment agencies and management
- Be present at interviews with management and employment agencies
- Act as the key point of contact for recruitment requirements
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Responsible for Agency to Company transfers after 500 hours have been completed
- Maintain candidate database
- Request and collect all paperwork required for onboarding successful applicant
- Upload successful applicants in to vSure and conduct visa checks as per immigration requirement
- Move any existing candidates to previous if they are no longer with the busines
- Undertake administration duties such as answering calls, emails, filing and photocopy
- Preparing letters of offer requests for agency to Company transfers
- Prepare expressions of interests for internal/external positions
- Previous background in Recruitment is favorable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferably with Driver’s Licence
- Willing to travel between Processing Plant and Livestock
