MOEC Pty Ltd provides pipeline construction services to our clients in the Mining and Oil & Gas industries.
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment and/or Onboarding Coordinator to manage end to end recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation activities for new starters on our major Coal Seam Gas Construction Project.
The role has major upside for expansion of roles and responsibilities in our growing business.
Preferred candidates will have experience with onboarding Construction Personnel on Mining and / or Oil and Gas Projects.
The role will allow for flexible hours and days (eg school hours) for the right candidate.
General Duties include:
HR Recruitment
- Manage end to end recruitment activities
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate’s suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Provide a positive and informative experience to all candidates.
- Assist in Selection advice
Personnel Onboarding
- Assisting with issuing of Letter of Offers LOO to new starters
- Booking and coordinating DAS and Medicals for new starters with our Medical provider
- Booking and coordinating Inductions and training
- Collating and Coordinating Personnel Details, Tickets and Licenses and adding to Training Matrix
- Coordinating Project Specific Inductions and training for new starters
- Adding New Starter details to our Construction software programs
Mobilisation to Site
- Communicate and supply Project Mobilisation details to the new starters
- Liaise with Project team and new starter to ensure initial Mobilisation to site is planned and coordinated to a high level
- Assist in ensuring new remote construction employees are supported in their Mobilisation
Ongoing HR Support
- Foster Relationships and support for new starters as they are brought into the Moec team.
- Performance reviews Coordination
- Assist with up-skilling and development or employees.

- Attention to detail and accuracy with new starter paperwork and record keeping
- Eye for detailed planning
