Recruitment Consultant - 25 To 38 Hrs Per Week - Monday To Friday

We're currently on the lookout for a Temp and Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team and work alongside our team of experienced recruiters. This role is not about sales, but rather about interviewing and creating outstanding recruitment service delivery for our clients and candidates.

The role
As a Temp and Permanent Recruitment Consultant, your role will centre on engaging with both our clients and candidates. Your primary mission in this position is to excel in sourcing, identifying, screening, and filling temporary and permanent job vacancies while diligently following up on placed candidates.

In order to effectively accomplish this mission, you will embark on talent and market mapping endeavours to gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape for each assignment. This will involve meticulously reviewing and screening potential applicants. You will leverage various tools at your disposal, including our internal candidate database, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SEEK Talent Search, to engage with both active and passive candidates. Additionally, you will harness our unique assessment matrices to evaluate candidates' suitability in alignment with the key objectives of the respective roles.

Your responsibilities will extend to identifying the most fitting candidates and presenting them to our clients. Furthermore, you will conduct thorough reference checks on selected candidates to ensure the highest standards of quality and compatibility. Your role as a Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Consultant will be instrumental in connecting talent with opportunity and shaping the future of our organisation.
