About The Role:This position will manage the promotion of staff knowledge and best practice across Buildings and Contracts to ensure information and activities related to contracts, procurement, and project management are up-to-date, comprehensive and compliant with the Department of Finance’s standards, processes and procedures. The position is also responsible for researching, reviewing, and advising on enhancing and sustaining Buildings and Contacts’ technical capabilities, as well as establishing effective and contemporary
Knowledge Management resources and knowledge sharing practices to improve capability development functions.
About You:The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in contracts, procurement, project management and/or capability development. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be passionate about developing others. The candidate will have the ability to provide leadership, working collaboratively and inclusively within a team and building effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders. They will be skilled in managing competing priorities and enjoy an environment where work is varied and dynamic rather than repetitive and routine.
