The role
Based in the heart of the CBD our Sydney office is a great place to work. The team and culture are excellent – you will be joining an office of 15 consultants who like to work hard and have fun.
This role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as leveraging existing client and candidate relationships, managing jobs and billing from the outset. You will have access to an extensive and trusted database along with a LinkedIn Recruiter license and various key recruiter platforms.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for recruiting all levels of permanent professional services roles.
- Developing new business opportunities within the professional services industry
- Developing strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed Clients though Client visits and networking
- Using a variety of tools i.e., job boards, LinkedIn etc to attract great candidates
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Negotiating job offers
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience working within a 360 Recruitment environment
- Previous experience of successful stakeholder management or building client and candidate relationships
- Communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when communication to all stakeholders
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s
