The Position
TRS Resourcing is searching for a Recruitment Consultant for our South East Trades and 3PL / Logistics Desk (Trades, Non-Executive Perm & Contract). Our company has a track record of internally training recruiters ranging from trainees to seasoned professionals.
To accommodate the time constraints of the founding director, we are transitioning from this training model to bring on board an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background of two to three years in the field. The selected candidate will be tasked with identifying and evaluating a range of technical blue-collar or 3PL Logistics positions in Melbourne's South East from various channels, progressively building a client network.
