About the Role:
Working within our blue-collar trades and services team, you will be an integral part of our high-performing team. This role will require you to be both proactive and reactive with business needs.
Your focus will be:
• Recruitment of trades-based roles for our existing clients.
• Drafting and publishing advertisements.
• Phone screening and face-to-face interviewing.
• Developing rapport with candidates and existing workforce.
• Pre-employment checks, including reference checking.
• Visiting sites to enhance client relationships and manage our people.
• Ensuring the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety are maintained.

Skills and Experience:
To be successful, you will possess:
• A positive, can do, attitude.
• Trades recruitment experience (desirable).
• Tech savvy with experience using CRM's.
• Strong administration skills and excellent phone manner.
• Passion for relationship building and ability to develop rapport.
• A genuine desire to provide our clients with outstanding service.
