About the Role

In recognition of the importance of placing great people into great roles, SafeAssure has established its specialist recruitment arm to assist our trusted partners and clients in securing HSEQ & Compliance Professionals for their organisation.
As we continue to expand, we are looking to welcome a Recruitment Consultant to drive this division of our business and provide a dedicated service offering to our clients seeking quality HSEQ professionals.
Key functions of the Role:
- Delivering across the end-to-end Recruitment life cycle, including the advertising of job vacancies, interviewing potential candidates, conducting reference checks, selection of quality applicants and managing submissions to client’s through to placement.
- Maintaining an up-to-date Database, taking ownership of talent pools and general administrative tasks as required.
- Offering client focused solutions in relation to the acquisition of HSEQ talent by sourcing candidates through your network, referrals, LinkedIn, direct recruiting, existing databases & online channels.
- A daily focus on building and maintaining relationships with potential job seekers, including lead generation.
- Attending client meetings to ensure overall coverage and understanding of recruitment requirements to enable identification of quality candidates.
- Communicating/ promoting contract, secondment and full-time job opportunities to those with relevant skills.
- Responsible for the ongoing and sustainable growth of client accounts and candidate relationships.
- Identifying and taking advantage of new and existing business opportunities to grow the recruitment division, including the utilisation of commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs.
- Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and managing expectations both of client and candidate.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment position for HSEQ roles.
- High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Recruitment Software and social media.
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills.
- Natural resilience, work ethic, drive, ambition and a competitive mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with people from all sectors and life experiences.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
