We’re on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Early Education who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family!
The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the hiring managers and senior operations and developments team to understand their talent needs and deliver end-to-end acquisition support and talent solutions.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, attract and retain top talent. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify talent requirements
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from approval to onboarding
- Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, including social media and new platforms
- Ensuring a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Continuously refining recruitment processes and strategies
- Willingness to travel interstate as required
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with JobAdder is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Early Childhood industry is a plus
