A bit about the role...
Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as the Work Support Consultant you are focused on providing ongoing support to customers and employers within the appropriate employment services program to ensure sustainable employment and outcomes are realised. The role devises interventions and solutions to work with the customers and employers to improve prospects of maintaining sustainable employment, while also working with employers to appropriately plan and develop their workforce to create future employment opportunities and to improve overall staff retention. The Work Support Consultant will create future employment opportunities for people by identifying opportunities to deliver training around workplace diversity and customised employment. This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs. This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in our Logan Central office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, in office.

A bit about your experience…
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Digitally savvy – intermediate computer skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI’s
- Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
