We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join the LC team and help to expand our construction and/or warehousing division. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to leverage our existing temporary and contract clients and assist them as well as with their permanent roles. With a very strong client base, this position is ideal for a hard-working consultant willing to take the next step in their career.
Roles & Duties:

• Responsible for the full 360° recruitment process
• Business development with existing and new clients in the Australian market.
• Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals for existing clients through the existing database, social media (LinkedIn), networking and advertising.
• Candidate screening – interviewing candidates, resume presentation and interview preparation.
• Meetings and presentations with new and existing clients.
• Work in conjunction with the temp desk to obtain up to date knowledge of existing clients, their jobs and their staffing requirements.
• Conduct site visits from time to time to build rapport with new and existing clients.
• Understand the visa requirements and restrictions that candidates face in Australia.

Requirements of the recruiter:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a sales environment.
• Be confident speaking to clients and candidates on the phone.
• Have an up-to-date knowledge of the Australian (Sydney mainly) construction industry.
• Self-motivated, strong organisation skills and have good time management skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident, ambitious and career driven.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills.
