About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional level roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Able to provide an unforgettable experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
- Have the ability to identify candidates with differing perspectives and backgrounds.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to look around corners to proactively identify potential challenges.
- Proactive self-starter who acts with a sense of ownership and accountability
Minimum Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
- At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Tackles tough assignments and introduces new ways of looking at problems
- Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Provides direct feedback & receives feedback well
- Sets ambitious goals and has high standards
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentations skills
